Wi-Fi
Our airport is pleased to offer free and unlimited Wi-Fi inside our Terminal, both at arrival and departure.
To get connected, just follow these steps:
1. Turn on the Wi-Fi on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
2. Select the network "VINCI Airports wifi" and open your Internet browser.
3. Write a valid email and select your country.
After accepting the Terms and Conditions you will be online and ready to freely access your email and all of your favorite websites. -
Exchange currency
All major currencies are accepted at our money changers. For an indication of exchange rate, please visit the website of the National Bank of Cambodia.
CAB, our currency exchange partner, provides our customer with three counters along your journey to exchange your last Riels/ USD before flying, with competitive and displayed rates. Visit them at check-in (Airline service counters’ area) or boarding lounge (in front of gate 9). On arrival, you will find their counter near the Lost and Found office

Meet & greet services
Managed by Plaza Premium Lounge, this Meet & Greet Service is dedicated to delivering the perfect airport experience for all travellers. Our welcoming and friendly team is always at hand to ensure that your journey is hassle-free and seamless at the airport, be it departing, arriving or transiting. Let us assist you with lounge stays, baggage handling, baggage clearance and itinerary recommendations, amongst others.
For Arriving travellers, our Customer Service Officer will meet the guests at the Arrival gate with a placard displaying guests’ name. Upon meeting the guests, they will accompany the guests through Immigration clearance, Baggage Reclaim and Customs and then to the receiving party, or to the awaiting limousine/taxi.
For Departing travellers, our Customer Service Officer will meet the guests at the Departure Hall with a placard displaying guests’ name. Upon meeting the guests, they will accompany the guests through the respective airline counter for their check-in and Immigration procedure clearance. The guests will then be accompanied to either the boarding gate or to Plaza Premium Lounge to await their flight.
