The aircraft departed the airport at 20:35 (local time) to Singapore. (Here, if info available, brief factual info, circumstances etc) Preliminary report indicates that the captain contacted control tower to inform that he was flying back to PPIA due to problems. Radio communication was disrupted at 21:53. At 22:11, the captain informed by phone that he made an emergency hard landing at an unknown location. Available information reports it is an inhabited area, 10 km off the airport towards National Road Nº3.
5 crew members were on board. Two suffer minor injuries.
The airport has provided a fire truck and a Command Car for the search and rescue of the aircraft.
