Passenger with reduced mobility
Please request your airline if you need special assistance for wheel chair services at the time of your flight booking, or in case of emergency, during check-in. For your convenience, wheelchair-accessible restrooms are also available.
Lost & Found
In case of loss or damage, please contact the Lost & Found Service in the baggage delivery hall upon your arrival.
Unaccompanied children
If your child is under 12 years old, contact your airline for unaccompanied minor service assistance at the time of your booking. The unaccompanied minor will be taken in charge by dedicated personal at departure or arrival.
